- There will however be a small car parking fee of £5 per vehicle per day or £2 for bikes. This will allow you to park in any of the spectator car parks at any of the viewing areas and special tests.
- Please use the official car parks provided, do not park on verges on the edge of road, or in entrances etc. This is especially important to avoid congestions and keep the local people happy, we must do this in order to keep running events in this part of the world.
- There will be a one way system in operation please follow the signs and the directions of officials.
- There is no spectator access to the Hafren Forest, there are 3 spectator areas all with adequate parking, the paddock, the MX test, Glynhafren farm which is home to the Enduro and Xtreme tests, the service area and will also give you the opportunity to see a couple of difficult bits on the course.
- There will be no spectator camping at the riders paddock, it will be across the river at Dol Llys Caravan Park (the paddock for last years Hafren BEC), we hope to build a bridge across the river to allow you easy pedestrian access to the official riders paddock.
- Camping/caravans will be £5 per person per night in either a tent or caravan, electric hookup is extra, there are toilet and shower facilities on site. Contact Dol Llys to book your pitch on 01686 412694. www.llanidloes.com/dol_llys/index.html

- Please put all litter in the bins provided or take it home with you.
- Support those who companies that have supported the event, without companies such as them putting something back into the sport events like this would never happen.
